I fixed a bug in the BHAV change Operation, which cased the false Target to be set to “Return False”.

I did also Include a Tool Plugin, that can Import all SemiGlobal Files for a certin Group. It will rewrite the OpCode Links in the Imported BHAV Files to point to the imported Files instead of the original SemiGlobals. It will not rewrite the BCON or any other links yet!
