Numenor has just released the new CEP 4. You can download it directly from the official CEP Thread over at ModTheSims2, or our CEP Page.

I’d also like to remind everyone again, that the CEP can only be hosted on ModTheSims2, and on this site. Direct links to the CEP download offered on the SimPE home, will be forwared to this Page.
