Fix for mesh import

There were Problems with the mesh import in some circumstances, like importing Meshes generated with UV-Mapper. This Problem is now fixed in SimPE 0.54b

I fixed a Bug in the ResourceIndex, which would cause Resources to clone when you change their TGI Values (Thanks to SnowStorm).
